How long does delivery take?

Delivery time consists of two important components:
Handling Time (1-2 business days):
Order Confirmation
Adaptation
Quality Control
Packaging

Delivery Time (1 - 10 business days depending on destination):
Delivery time is calculated from the time the goods are received at our international shipping center to the desired destination and may vary depending on the delivery destination.

Free shipping
Thank you for your support, any order you place in our store is free shipping.

Delivery Area
Currently we only support logistics delivery in the United States.

At Simple Trending, one of our main goals is to focus on high-quality and secure shipping options - so that our customers can relax with peace of mind until they can enjoy our products at home with their loved ones.

To ensure that we can provide our products at a reasonable price, we choose to send the products directly from the supplier to you. This way, we can save a large part of the warehousing, shipping and packaging costs and can provide you with products at a reasonable price.

Since we ship directly from the supplier, the average delivery time to the United States is 11 - 15 business days.

*Delays may occur: All delivery times listed above exclude customs and related delays. Delays may occur during periods of increased demand such as Christmas, Black Friday or similar special offers.

Where is my package?
Once the package has been packed, it will be handed over to our shipping company and you will receive an email with the tracking number.

For logistical reasons and to optimize delivery times, orders may be shipped in several batches.

Defective product?
It's annoying! Unfortunately, your product may get damaged during shipping. In this case, we always deliver a new package free of charge the first time. Will it be faulty the second time? Then we will refund your purchase in full.

Lost package?
If the package is lost or not delivered due to logistical reasons, we will always send a new package and then apply our refund and return policy.

Import duties
Our products and delivery will not charge you tax. If there are any taxes due to different regions and policies, you can contact us via email at simpletrending18@gmail.com.

Delivery when you are not at home or at the post office
Hrlampe covers the costs of delivering the parcel if it is delivered to your door or dropped off at the post office. If the parcel is not received or not collected from the post office, it will be automatically returned to the supplier and we are entitled to deduct 9.9 USD from the return amount you receive.

Why doesn't tracking my parcel work?
In some cases, it may take 1-2 business days for the shipping company to update the location of the parcel. In these cases, we ask for your understanding and patience.
